I am Gina Darden your newly elected President of ASFCME Local 370. I am originally from St. Louis, MO and I have been in the medical field for 16 years. I come from a large family through my parents and now I have an even larger family with my Union members 😊. During my term as President, I hope to see even more of our Union community growing in numbers.

Hello all, my name is Ashley LaForge and I currently hold the office of Vice President Unit 1. I work as a Registered Nurse with SIU Pediatric Specialty in Infectious Disease and Nephrology. My role with our union is to assist and facilitate the needs of our members as well as supporting them in any way I am able. I look forward to meeting new faces and welcoming all in their time with us.

Hello, my name is Amanda French, Unit 2 Vice President. I have been working in SIU Peds Insurance department since 2019 and have been a union member since day one. When I’m not fighting for higher wages, I’m a mom to two little rascals
(Charlotte 8 and Oliver 4 I guess I should also include the Dog fur children Maxie and Citra). In my spare time I like to go on new adventures with them from camping, to museums, and checking out new zoo’s. I’m originally from Springfield IL but recently moved to Rochester. I have been with my high school sweetheart since 2003 and got married in October 2010.

My name is Stacy Miller. I have been with SIU for 29 ½ years. I am an executive board member and the chief steward. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I like being on the E-board because I like having a voice when it comes to matters with HR and I like being a steward so that I can help my fellow co-workers with any questions or issues that arise.

Eileen Dibartolomeo
Recording Secretary
Hello, my name is Eileen DiBartolomeo. I am the Recording Secretary for Local 370 and have been since the inception of our Union. I am also a steward. I have been with SIU SOM for 24 ½ years. I joined our union after our first ratification back in 2008. I fought hard to get the union in and every day I am grateful to all the employees that backs our union. I like to help out my fellow workers and be able to be there for them when needed. That is why it is very important to be a full member in your union. This means strength in numbers. If you need to check to see if you are a full member, reach out to one of the Executive Board members. I always tell people, “Folks need to see full dues as an investment in more money and not “Another deduction.”
